Refund policy

Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Please note that buyers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. However, once your returned item is received and inspected, we will issue a full refund for the order amount to your original payment method.

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can address the problem.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Custom products (including personalized or special orders), sale items, and gift cards are non-returnable. Contact us if you have any questions regarding your item.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, please return the original product for a refund first. Once the refund is processed, you can place a new order for the desired item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For shipments to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. Items must be returned in the original, unused condition with tags and packaging intact. Proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days via the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to complete the transaction.
